Every shared hosting
and reseller hosting account ordered from FolaHost comes with
a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the event that Customer wishes to
cancel Services and Products within the first 30 days,
FolaHost will refund all fees paid to Customer except domain
name registration fees, add-on service fees and dedicated server
fees, they are nonrefundable.
Customer
may cancel an account with FolaHost when:
- Account is in good standing, all payments have been made.
- Account does not host content which is not allowed on our
network or servers.
- Account has no pending warnings / complaints.
If Customer violates
our Terms of Service,
FolaHost reserves the right to terminate Services and
Products without notice. FolaHost may advise Customer of
inappropriate behaviour and any necessary corrective action, however
based on the nature of the violation, could result in immediate
termination of service without any refunds.
Refunds are to be
requested by sending an email to billing@folaHost.com.
You must provide details of your original transaction including
invoice/receipt number and account number wherever possible to aid
in processing the refund. Reasons for the refund will also be
requested to allow us to better improve our service and monitor
refund requests.
For Services and Products with payment made
by credit or debit card, any refund will only be issued to the same
credit or debit card.
In all circumstances, refunds will be
given at the discretion of the Company Management.
